I get alot of requests via email from people looking for things so to that end, I am launching this new web page.  I hope it turns out to be a useful feature.   Although it's against my husband's better judgment, I am going to allow "buy, sell, trade" ads.  Yes, there is an Ebay and you could go there, but Ebay is a one-way street; you can't post a want ad at Ebay.  Thus, I figured this might be a useful place to post a want ad.  As you will see by the new "ads" posted, these aren't the types of requests that could be filled by watching Ebay listings.


If you would like to post an ad or request, it's free. I am not charging anything. Just send me an email. VERY IMPORTANT: I do not want to be a middle man. You must provide a way for people to contact you directly.  Unless your provide an alternative email address, I am going to assume that the email address you used to contact me, is the one you want posted in the ad. If you don't want to use your main email address, create a junk email address at one of the feebies like Hotmail, etc.   The ad can be as long as you want but if its too long, you might loose the reader's interest, so you should keep it to the point.

I DO NOT POST LINKS TO EBAY ADS. Although such auctions might certainly appeal to our website visitors (even me!), I just don't have the time to keep updating weekly links for Ebay auctions. If you are selling on Ebay, good luck to you. After your auctions close, please consider donating your jpegs to this website, as we can sure use some exhibits here (and you will be credited for your donation on this website).


Disclaimer: If you choose to place a buy/sell/trade ad or respond to one, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK.  This is not Ebay and I have no feedback forum, nor am I backed by some corporate entity that can guarantee your purchase.  I am going to post such ads as a service to the community, but I can't be in the business of trying to validate scammers etc.  (If you are really worried about the party being a scammer, conduct the transaction via Ebay as a private auction).  Ultimately it's up to you to use your own judgment.  I really do not want to encourage people buying/selling here, but I realize sometimes you cannot always find it on EBay.   I will allow the buy, sell, trade, ads until, of course, something goes horribly wrong and then I have to take it down :) 

 

Lastly, when the ad is no longer needed, let me know so I can take it down.

Looking for demo/live/rehearsal tapes of Southern California bands, circa 1979 to 1982, such as DEADSKIN, DISPOSALS, RED ARMY, ATOMS, BONEHEADS, OZZIEHARES, ARTHUR J. & THE GOLDCUPS, VICIOUS CIRCLE, ELLA AND THE BLACKS, etc. Also looking for old radio stuff, band interviews off KROQ, etc.
